Sauna was built during the international ArtCamp in July 2012 – Kosjeric, Serbia.
The structure itself uses basic and cheap materials. The frame is composed of wooden profiles 50 x 30 mm. It is all covered with OSB boards with thickness of 9 mm. Cladding is insulated with mineral wool. Ground plan is approx. 1,8 x 1,2 m, height in the highest point is 2,1 m. Interior is organized into two height levels, it can accommodate comfortably 4 people. The space is heated by traditional Serbian stove ‘bubňare’.
Sauna is installed in front of a local bar Breeza in a small Serbian town Kosjeric.
A wall facing a garden and greenery is made of transparent panel. It illuminated the interior and allows an interesting evening spectacle not only from the outside.
